The Hightex Reinforcing Structures GmbH manufactures high-precision carbon and glass fibre preforms in Klipphausen, near Dresden, for the aerospace and automotive industries. Your responsibilities with us

  • Machine operation: You will set up our state-of-the-art CNC-controlled TFP embroidery machines and operate and monitor them independently.

  • Material preparation: You load the machines with carbon, glass or hybrid fibres in accordance with technical specifications.

  • Process monitoring: You monitor the automated embroidery process and ensure the fibres run precisely.

  • Quality control: You carry out a visual inspection of the finished preforms to check for defects and document the results in accordance with the specifications.

  • Maintenance: You will carry out minor maintenance and cleaning tasks on your machines.

What you need to bring with you

  • Education or experience: Ideally, an apprenticeship in the textile sector (e.g. embroiderer, textile designer, fashion seamstress, technical garment maker) or experience in operating machinery.

  • Career changers welcome: We are also keen to train dedicated career changers with a good understanding of technology and practical skills.

  • Tact: A high level of commitment to quality, precision and a keen eye for detail.

  • On-call duty: Willingness to work a two-shift system.

  • Team spirit: Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a good command of German for documentation purposes.
