Tailored Fibre Placement high Volume - TFP(hV) with up to 10-fold deposition rate

Compared to the conventional TFP process, with the TFP(hV) we achieve an up to 10 times higher deposition rate with simultaneously higher deposition quality. This is made possible by the following measures:

• Use of thick fibre strands (also multiple), so-called heavy tows
• Complete avoidance of thread breaks
• Direct use of the original coil
• Automatic bobbin thread changer

All in all, the downtimes of the machine can be extremely reduced. Employees are no longer required at the machine during production.
