Fiber Placement (TFP)?<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a214736 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a214736\" Fertigungsverfahren zur Herstellung komplexer, beanspruchungsgerechter Verst\u00e4rkungsstrukturen f\u00fcr Faserverbundbauteile. Technisch basiert TFP auf einem modifizierten Stickverfahren: CNC\u2011gesteuerte Automaten platzieren Rovings (z.\u202fB. Carbon\u2011, Glas\u2011 oder Aramidfasern) auf einem Tr\u00e4germaterial (\u201eStickgrund\u201c) entlang beliebig gekr\u00fcmmter Kurven und fixieren sie durch N\u00e4hstiche. Dadurch entstehen ebene Teil\u2011Preforms (Sub\u2011Preforms) mit variabler Faserorientierung in der Ebene \u2013 die Grundlage f\u00fcr eine beanspruchungsgerechte, optimale Bauteilmechanik.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Abgrenzung zu klassischen Faserlegeverfahren:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Im Gegensatz zu Verfahren mit denen Preforms aus unidirektionalen, gewebten oder gelegten Halbzeugen gefertigt werdenerm\u00f6glicht TFP die gezielte F\u00fchrung von Rovings in frei definierbaren Kurven inklusive lokaler Aufdickungen durch wiederholtes \u00dcbereinandern\u00e4hen. Das Ergebnis: lastpfadoptimierte Faserverl\u00e4ufe, minimierter Materialverbrauch und eine deutliche Reduktion der Aufwandes f\u00fcr die Herstellung der Preforms.<\/span><\/p><p><b>Grundprinzip in Dr. Gliesche und Dr. Dirk Feltin gr\u00fcndeten 1993 das Unternehmen Hightex.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Urspr\u00fcnglich entstanden die Verst\u00e4rkungsstrukturen (Preforms) in Handarbeit, nachdem aus der Industrie der Bedarf an faserverst\u00e4rkten Kunststoffbauteilen (FVK) mit spannungsoptimierter, gekr\u00fcmmter Faserf\u00fchrung ge\u00e4u\u00dfert wurde.
