After 38 years: An impressive man goes into retirement

After one or two companions had already paid their respects over the last few days, yesterday was the day. With the proverbial tear in the buttonhole, we said goodbye to an extraordinary colleague, a formative personality in the fibre composite industry - but above all a great person in her well-deserved retirement.

She has been active in our industry for 38 years with passion, innovative spirit and impressive perseverance - starting as managing director of a racing equipment supplier, later as an independent engineer and (co-)founder of COTESA in Mittweida. Most recently, as a partner and managing director of Hightex, she played a key role in the development and realisation of numerous projects in industry, automotive engineering and aviation.

With her work, she has set decisive impulses for the fibre composite landscape in Saxony - professionally brilliant, strategically forward-thinking and always with an open ear for her team. Despite her large network and high profile in the industry, one thing was always most important to her: the well-being of her employees. And so we celebrate «the boss» exactly the way she likes it best. Reserved, collegial and in the company of the entire workforce.
